This is an image I found on Flickr by the user PixelAddict under a Creative Commons Attribution Licence. This means that I can effectively do anything I like with the image (share it, copy it, print out a copy for myself, use it in my own work), so long as I attribute it back to the original author.
I think that I can also use this for commercial work if I wanted to make an ad with an otter getting a manicure.
